Our DS roll has more fibre (5 g in every 100 g) than traditional white flour products and as a result it is even richer in nutrients.

Your bread bin needs bread like the beach needs the sea and a saucepan needs a lid! That is why our gluten-free bread roll is a real treasure - it's the Ferrari of gluten-free bread rolls. It is quick-frozen directly from the oven so that at home you are able to defrost it and experience the best quality.

The tasty, gluten-free, frozen bread roll is lighter than before, yet still bigger and fluffier!


Ingredients:
water, maize starch, rice flour, potato starch, ricesyrup, yeast, vegetable fibre, vegetable oil, dextrose, rice starch, thickener: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, salt, raising agent: glucono-delta-lactone

Storage:
stored at –18 °C 12 months after the date of production.
Consume max. 24 hours after the product has thawed.
Do not refreeze after the product has thawed.

Instructions:
Thaw and eat! Remove from freezer one hour before eating! Excellent when toasted.
