OK, perhaps it's not so easy to choose the topping because the gluten-free puff pastry from DS is suitable for so many dishes. Just give it a try!
Ingredients: Hydrogenated Vegetable Margarine (fats and oils from soya, rapeseed, and sunflower seeds, water, emulsifier: E 471, acidity regulator: citric acid, flavourings, colouring: E 160a(i)), Water, Maize Starch, Rice Flour, Eggs, Potato Flakes (potato, emulsifier: E 471), soya Protein Isolate, Psyllium, Invert Sugar, Thickener: E 464, Sugar, Emulsifier: E 471, Vegetable Fats, Salt.
Storage: stored at -18°C 12 months after the date of production. Do not refreeze after the product has thawed.
Instructions: Remove puff pastry from freezer the evening before it is required or at least 4 hours before. Using gluten-free flour (rice flour, maize flour…), roll pastry on a floured surface with a floured rolling pin. The DS puff pastry is ideal for pies, pastries and as a substitute for traditional recipes. Cooking times and temperatures may vary depending on recipe. In general bake at 200°C (gas mark 5) until golden brown. Also check the product is piping hot before serving.
