Ingredients: Gluten- free Egg Pasta (Eggs, Rice Flour, Maize Starch, Emulsifier: E 471, Thickener: Guar Gum), Beef (14,5%), Pork Bologna (5,5%) (pork, salt, flavourings, partially skimed milk powder, dextrose, sucrose, lacotse), Grana Padano Cheese, Gluten-free Breadcrumbs (Rice Flour, Maize Starch, Vegetable Fats, Soya Flour, Eggs, Glucose Syrup, Thickener: Guar Gum, Yeast, Emulsifier: E 471, Salt), Eggs, Flavouring, Salt, Nutmeg.
Storage: stored at -18°C 12 months after the date of production. Do not refreeze after the product has thawed.
Cooking Instructions: Put the still frozen tortellini into boiling water and cook them for 3 minutes. The tortellini can be dressed with Bolognese sauce or cream and ham or as a soup.
