Gluten-free Tortellini with a Ham and Cream Sauce


Ingredients: (for two servings)
Gluten-free tortellini: 150-200 gr. (5-7 oz.)
Heavy cream: 150 gr. (5 oz.)
Coked ham: 50 gr. (2 oz.)
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:
Heat the cream over low heat and add the cooked ham. If desired, and a little bit of bouillon cube to give more flavour to the sauce. Cook the DS gluten-free Tortellini for maximum of three minutes in plenty of salted water, drain them, add the sauce, and add a pinch salt-and-pepper.
