Legend has it that the shape of tortellini resembles the belly button of Venus, the roman goddess of love. Whether that is true or not, we wouldn't like to say.
But one thing is certain – our gluten-free Tortellini with tasty creamy ham sauce has been prepared for you with tender loving care!
Ingredients:
Tortellini meat-filled[Gluten-free egg noodles (corn starch, eggs, rice flour, water, egg
whites, emulsifier: E471, thickener: guar seed flour), beef 15%, pork mortadella 5.5% (pork,
pork maws, salt, skimmed milk powder, sugar: dextrose, sucrose, fructose; flavourings),
Grana Padano cheese, gluten-free breadcrumbs (rice flour, corn starch, vegetable fats, soy flour, eggs, glucose syrup, thickener: guar seed flour, yeast, emulsifier: E471, salt),
eggs, flavourings, salt, nutmeg.] [May contain traces of lupin and sulphites], rehydrated
skimmed milk, cream 6.5%, cooked ham 5% (pork 80%, water, salt, dextrose, fructose,
potato starch, E407, spices), rice flour, butter, Grana Padano cheese, salt, brandy, pepper.
Storage:
stored at –18 °C 12 months after the date of production. Consume max. 24 hours
after the product has thawed. Do not refreeze after the product has thawed.
Preparation:
OVEN: heat the still frozen Tortellini in a pan with 100 ml of water for approx. 8 minutes.
MICROWAVE: without removing the cover heat the still frozen product at 750W for approx. 5 minutes.
