Ingredients: Water, Maize Starch, Apricot Jam (18%) (sugar, apricot puree (34%), glucose-fructose syrup, water gelatinizing agent: pectin, acidulant: citric acid, acidity regulators: E 331 and E 333, flavouring), Hydrogenated Vegetable Margarine (fats and oils from soya, rapeseed, and sunflower seeds. water, emulsifier: E 471, acidity regulator: citric acid, flavourings, colouring: E 160a(i)), Rice Flour, Sugar, Eggs, Soya Protein Isolate, Modified Maize Starch, Yeast, Thickener (Guar Gum), Raising Agent (Monopotassium Tartrate, Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate), Salt, Flavouring.
Storage: stored at -18°C 12 months after the date of production. Do not refreeze after the product has thawed.
Cooking Instructions: Put the still frozen croissant in the pre-heated oven (180°C) for 10 minutes and eat warm.
